Employees at all levels including management and field supervisors are responsible and accountable for these safety initiatives. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, in every job is required to meet our high QHSE standards.
Millennium has a valid Certificate of Recognition issued through Enform and is committed to a strong safety and loss-control program, leading us towards our goal as a zero injury workplace.
Enform’s audit process provides verification that our company’s health and safety management system meets the requirements set in the program standards. It also provides critical feedback for continual improvement of our system.
As part of our Certificate of Recognition, Millennium is proud to maintain accounts with ComplyWorks (Acct#400-165488, Acct#2013092, Acct#1021081 and ISN Networld. These systems guide us with the solutions to manage compliance information, effectively communicate requirements and record that we have received and acknowledged the necessary communications. All of this is tracked so, in the unlikely event of an incident, we can demonstrate that we have performed reasonable due diligence to reduce the risk of that incident occurring.
